ISO: Tech Savvy Poetry Committee Member
The Milwaukie Poetry Series is in search of a committee member!
If you are someone who loves working with communication based technology and possess a passion for literature, poetry, and community, this might be a great opportunity for you.
Time Commitment
Ideally the person who fill this committee position would be available to attend the following meetings:
• 1 monthly committee meeting (1hr)
• 1-2 poetry readings monthly (2hrs per event)
Responsibilities
This position requires someone who is regularly utilizing Zoom, streaming live on YouTube, working and troubleshooting issues with audio and video equipment.
Since the pandemic, Milwaukie Poetry Series prides ourselves on being able to produce high quality opportunities for community members to enjoy our readings virtually.
Committee member positions are volunteer and best suited for people who are excited about supporting, growing, and celebrating poetry, poets, and bringing people together.
